- Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2023Format: HardcoverVerified PurchaseThe best algorithm and data structures book I've ever read.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 28, 2014Format: HardcoverVerified PurchaseAn old classic, a good introduction for Pascal programmers. If you are not a Pascal junkie, Wirth's Modula-2 version is better, (supplemented with Compiler Construction, as the compiler introduction is not in the M2 version).

- Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2021Format: HardcoverVerified PurchaseIf you teach or write about computer science, you will end up collecting the pivotal works. Touching the real thing is so much better than using the reprints.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 17, 2018Format: HardcoverVerified PurchaseThe book is marked as in good quality. The dust jacket is a little messed up and there is some water stains on the inside, but the binding is solid and the pages are all in great condition. I would definitely buy another book from them.
Thanks!

- Reviewed in the United States on April 12, 2018Format: HardcoverVerified PurchaseExcellent, the best first book on this subject (I am a specialist of this field.) , especially the last chapter, which, in just one chapter, shows how a working compiler can be this concise (in 400 lines).

5.0 out of 5 stars Fondamentale per qualunque informatico
1. Fundamental Data Structures
2. Sorting
3. Recursive Algorithms
4. Dynamic Information Structures
5. Language Structures and Compilers

5.0 out of 5 stars Classic text at a keen Indian price
Format: PaperbackVerified PurchaseMy previous copy went AWOL during a house move. This one is a keenly-priced Indian edition. Excellent value for what, IMO, is one of the great classic programming textbooks.
