The Community of Practice (CoP) Social Integration and Dual Careers is one of the six CoPs established within the scope of project ERA Talent Platform for career development of researchers in Europa.
The CoP of Social integration and Dual Careers is moderated by the partners from EURAXESS Denmark (UCPH) and EURAXESS Austria (OeAD).
The current CoP members include: UCPH (Denmark), OeAD (Austria), NUFFIC (Netherlands), SSC AV CR (Czechia), ASM (Moldova).
Why join?
The CoP of Social integration and Dual Careers provides a collaborative platform for sharing best practices, knowledge, and support for researchers navigating Dual Careers and Social integration challenges. Through regular webinars and meetings, it offers:
- Expertise exchange: Members can learn from one another’s experiences and insights, fostering mutual growth.
- Capacity building: Training and resources are shared to strengthen members' ability to support researchers' personal and professional lives effectively.
- Career and integration support: Topics such as intercultural competencies, work-life balance, and local integration services are covered, with a particular focus on dual career issues.
- Collaborative network: Open to all EURAXESS members, this CoP enables members to connect with a network of peers and external stakeholders committed to supporting researcher integration across Europe.
