Treaty amending certain budgetary provisions / First budgetary treaty

With the signing of the Treaty of Luxembourg, amending certain budget provisions laid down in the Treaties, the budgetary powers of the Assembly increased and a system of "own resources" was introduced to finance the Community budget.
