On 6 November 2025, the study ''Gender inequalities in medical research, drug development and access to care'' will be presented to FEMM Members. The study examines how the gender health gap - with particular emphasis on gender inequalities in medical research, drug development and access to care - affects women’s health and well-being. The study identifies fragmented policy responses and provides concrete policy recommendations relevant to EU decision-making.
On Wednesday, 5 November 2025 from 15.00 to 16.00, the Special Committee on the European Democracy Shield (EUDS) and the Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality (FEMM) will hold a joint exchange of views titled "Radical movements advocating against gender equality such as manosphere, causing interference with European democratic processes".
