On Tuesday, 4 November 2025, Vice-President in charge of Gender Equality Week Antonella Sberna will organise in cooperation with the FEMM Chair Lina Gálvez a high-level event on the occasion of the Gender Equality Week 2025.
Despite meaningful progress in gender equality across the European Union, significant gaps remain in how talent is recognized, developed, and rewarded. From education and training to leadership and innovation, women continue to face systemic obstacles that prevent their full participation in the workforce, public life, and decision-making arenas.
This high-level event aims to foster dialogue between policymakers, civil society, and the private sector on creating an environment where talent can thrive.
