In order to continue its dialogue with European digital developers, IMCO is organising a delegation to the Nice region in France, which has emerged as a powerhouse for B2B tech innovation. Home to leading European technology firms, the region boasts cutting-edge capabilities in software engineering, cybersecurity operations and digital infrastructure development.

A delegation from the Committee on Foreign Affairs, led by Chair David McAllister, will travel to New Delhi from 26 to 28 October 2026. This will be the AFET Committee's first official visit to India under the European Parliament's current mandate.

From 26 to 27 October 2026, a delegation of FISC Members will travel to Copenhagen to discuss current developments in Danish, European and international tax policy, in the area of tax incentives, tax avoidance and tax simplification.

A 12-member delegation from the European Parliament's Committee on International Trade (INTA) will visit China from 27 to 29 October for talks with Chinese counterparts and government officials. The delegation will hold meetings in Beijing, Hangzhou, and Shanghai.

A delegation of 3 Members, led by MEP Reinhold LOPATKA (EPP), will travel to Bolivia from 27 to 29 October. The purpose of the mission is to review the EU development portfolio in Bolivia, particularly in the context of the current programming period.

The seventh edition of the European Gender Equality Week will take place from 3 to 8 November 2026.

On Tuesday, 3 November 2026, Vice-President in charge of Gender Equality Week Antonella Sberna will organise, in cooperation with the FEMM Chair Lina Gálvez, a high-level event on the occasion of the Gender Equality Week 2026, with participation of the President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola.

On Wednesday 4 November 2026, the FISC Subcommittee will hold a public hearing on “Closing the loop: how taxation can drive the circular economy”.
