Book (stand-alone)الخطوط التــوجيهية لتقييم قيمة تأمين سُــــفـن الصيد الصغيرة والمخاطر التي تتعرّض لها 2025أعدت هذه الخطوط التــوجيهية لتقييم قيمة تأمين سُــــفـن الصيد الصغيرة والمخاطر التي تتعرّض لها (الخطوط التوجيهية) لتسهيل تقديم خدمات التأمين لقطاع مصايد الأسماك صغيرة النطاق في جميع أنحاء العالم. وهذه الخطوط التوجيهية تُكمّل الخطوط التوجيهية الطوعية لضمان استدامة مصايد الأسماك صغيرة النطاق في سياق الأمن الغذائي والقضاء على الفقر لعام 2015.والغرض من هذه الخطوط التوجيهية هو تمكين قطاع التأمين من تطوير منتجات صُمّمت خصيصاً لصغار الصيادين وتوطيد التعاون وتبادل المعلومات بين شركات التأمين. وتركز الخطوط التوجيهية على سُــــفـن الصيد الصغيرة المزودة بمحركات، والتي تُعرّف بأنها السُــــفـن التي يصل طولها إلى 12 متراً وتستخدم عادةً محركات خارجية أو داخلية.وتصِف الوثيقة الأساليب الحالية لتقييم القيمة والمخاطر المتعلقة بسُــــفـن الصيد الصغيرة. وتقدّم أساليب موصى بها لتقييم القيمة والمخاطر المتعلقة بسفن الصيد الصغيرة والمحركات والمعدات الموجودة على متنها. وتوصي الخطوط التوجيهية باتباع عملية تقييم سريعة وموحدة ووفقاً للقواعد وتناسب السفن منخفضة المخاطر، والتي تشمل معظم سُــــفـن الصيد الصغيرة. وتناقش الوثيقة كيف يمكن للتكنولوجيا الرقمية والمعارف المحلية تسريع وتيرة عملية تقديم طلبات التأمين ومراجعتها. وتتيح قوائم مرجعية، واستمارات الإقرار الذاتي، وإرشادات بشأن الاستهلاك وأساليب تقييم قيمة سُــــفـن الصيد الصغيرة. وتقدم إرشادات عملية لشركات التأمين والمؤسسات الحكومية وغيرها من الجهات المعنية لتسهيل تنفيذ الخطوط التوجيهية وتحسين سُبل الاستفادة من خدمات التأمين بالنسبة لصغار الصيادين.

It discusses their context and the approach and presents some preliminary results mapped under the organizing principle of the Four Betters. As the project advances, further fine-tuning for optimization and new examples can be expected to be added. Moving forward, it will require sustained government support for scaling up the promising solutions in an equitable and contextual manner to maximize benefits for the rural livelihoods of Saudi Arabia.
