SAM.gov includes an Exclusions section to provide a single comprehensive list of individuals and firms excluded from receiving federal contracts or federally-approved subcontracts and some types of federal financial and nonfinancial assistance benefits by federal government agencies

Agencies use this system to keep alongside administrative and statutory exclusions taken out by the Federal Government. Actions may be taken by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), supplements within specific regulations, Government-wide Non procurement Suspension and Debarment Common Rue [68 FR 6653], or other specific statutory authority.
