Where do I go on SAM.gov to view, manage, or deactivate an existing entity registration?


Assuming that you have the appropriate roles to the entity, you will always be able to access your entity registration from the Workspace in SAM.gov. 

To access your existing entity registration: 

  1. Navigate to SAM.gov.
  2. Select the Sign In button in the upper right corner.
  3. Select the Accept button.
  4. After selecting Accept, the system will direct you to login.gov.
    • Enter your login.gov credentials and select Sign In. You may be prompted to enter a one-time security code. You will receive this code via the authentication method you selected during account creation. If you do not already have a login.gov account, please create an account.
  5. After signing in, the system will redirect you to your SAM.gov Workspace.
  6. In the Workspace, find the Entities widget.
  7. Select the icon above Active Registration to display a list of your active registrations.  If you do not have an existing registration, you will need to complete a new registration.  If you are unable to access an existing entity registration (active or inactive), you will need to request a SAM.gov Entity Registration role from an existing entity administrator.
  8. Locate the entity record you want to manage. Select View, Update, or More above the expiration date depending on whether you need to view, update, or deactivate your existing entity registration.
