When you create a new solicitation or combined synopsis/solicitation, you can select whether to allow an Interested Vendor List (IVL) to be part of the notice. You also need to determine who can view the IVL.
To enable the IVL on your notice:
Allowing other vendors to view the IVL may be beneficial when subcontracting is expected.
An Administrator may default these selections for users. If you can not change the selection, your agency may be forcing a policy for all notices to follow. To change this, you will need to work with an Administrator at the department/independent agency or sub-tier level.
