
Thryv from, the beginning has been super helpful! From when I first started to now, I have had so many things that Thryv has helped with. I love that I am able to have an account feature on my website and patients find it easy to use. It's easy scheduling and easy to manage. I wish that it could have an inventory section to help with seeing what's being used per job (patient) and what needs to be restocked. I wish I could create some forms for patients to sign or something I can create to attach what was done with a patient (more detailed and easier to use other than adding an internal note). Also, I wish that I can request deposits or split the payment immediately for patient, to reduce cancelations and loss of profit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding your suggestions, while we don’t offer inventory management, integrating ThryvPay or Square can help with deposits and payment options. For patient records, we follow HIPAA compliance standards, and storing detailed medical information in the cloud may require additional considerations.
