HCL Technologies Interview Experience for Graduate Engineer Trainee

Round-1 Online Assessment:

The first round comprises 75 minutes for the main section and 20 minutes for the Other Section. The main section includes aptitude, logical, verbal, and Pseudocode-based questions. It consists of:

Aptitude: 15 questions
Verbal: 15 questions
Logical: 15 questions
Pseudocode: 30 questions

The next section is the Networking part or Domain-Related questions, which is for 20 minutes with 20 questions. Since the questions are difficult to answer, it is a Co-cubes platform, so practice more questions related to Co-cubes from YouTube channels and other materials. This round is an Elimination Round.

Round-2 Technical Interview:

After clearing Round 1, the next part is the Technical Interview, which is for 15 minutes. The questions asked are:

Self-Introduction
Do you know SQL?
What is the difference between C and C++?
Do you have any queries? This round is an Elimination Round.

Round-3 HR Interview:

After clearing Round 2, the HR Interview is scheduled the next day. The same questions asked in the Technical Interview will be asked, but one additional question will be asked: How to write a leave letter to a manager for requesting two days off for a health issue. Practice and prepare well for this interview. This round is an Elimination Round and lasts for 15 minutes.
