    Its very important for client and vendor to be on same page to that common goals can be met .. Best practice to do while working on important projects: 1.Open Communication with vendor for proper and clear message on the project requirement with deadlines 2.Should follow up with vendors on the progress of the assigned tasks 3.There should be always Plan B ready if things doesnt go the way we decided as the project delivery shoulnt hamper 4.Always appreciate your vendors on the good work they do

    One thing that is most effective in situations like these is a direct communication… Pickup the phone and call the vendor… Plain and simple…. Sending out emails and then waiting for a confirmation or just assuming that the vendor has received your information (which is even worse)are just ways of delaying things and creating an ambiguity in the mind of the vendor…
