The effective approaches I have taken to execute this approach are - 1. Uncover the Root Cause by focusing on "why" first. Identify what’s truly driving the disagreement—data, priorities, risk appetite, or personal perspectives. 2. Find Common Ground Align around shared business goals, values, or objectives. 3. Facilitate Open and Data-Driven Discussions Encourage transparent conversations and also Leverage One-on-One Alignment to understand concerns, gain support, and smooth the path for consensus. Keeping it simple and structured makes stakeholder alignment more effective!
