    Se você está iniciando uma nova integração ou desenvolvendo algo novo, é preciso primeiro passar pelas etapas de projeto. Determine o que precisa ser controlado. O que é necessário ser medido ou manipulado para exercer este controle? Este controle será aberto, ou fechado? Com isto podemos definir quantas entradas e saídas meu controlador precisará. Sem me estender pelas etapas de projeto, o que quero transmitir é que as dúvidas surgem de falhas neste princípio. Ainda sim, um bom projeto conta com etapas de verificação. O TAF (Teste de Aceitação de Fábrica) conduz uma simulação do processo em bancada e o TAC (Teste de Aceitação de Campo) irá verificar e adaptar o sistema para o usuário final.
