Here’s a framework to adapt your pitch effectively while staying consistent with your message: 1. Research Client Preferences and Personas Segment your clients by media preferences (e.g., video, email, social media, print) and professional roles (executives, marketers, developers). 2. Develop Multiple Formats of the Same Pitch Repurpose your core message into different content types tailored for each medium, ensuring the same message is delivered across formats. It's vital to recognize the reality of a client's conundrum and present the most effective solutions instead of pandering to them. Focusing on specific media preferences because they will be more receptive is not in their best interest, and therefore not yours. If OOH will serve a digital obsessed client's objective of increasing brand awareness more than affiliate marketing, then say it with conviction and charm. Use a medium that resonates with the audience in attendance and will make the recommendation more palatable. Whether that's video (highly effective),expressive dance (unconventional but cool) or hieroglyphics (do not explore further),pick one that will make a genuine impression. In short - Effective > Receptive in the long run.

As a media consultant, my role is not to just provide what the client is looking for but to broaden their horizon by providing more options/channels for the client to choose from. As a strategic advisor depending on the client and their objective, I would say to the client that inorder for them to achieve their objective here are the top 10 or 15 things they should be doing and from there I let the client decide how they want to proceed. It's like you give the client an a la carte menu(proposal) and they choose what they want to eat.
