In my experience, you can look up the company social media pages/sites to check the company's culture, history, what they celebrate and whole lot of views. Industry professionals are people who love their job, thus knowing researching their company gives you a way on how to approach them, what your opening sentence should be etc.

Choose your platforms wisely. You need to be on them all, but the ones you are on need regular attention. It’s not enough to only contribute once a month if you expect worthwhile results.

To scrutinize potential employers on social media, analyze their LinkedIn for hiring trends, employee tenure, and company culture. *Check Glassdoor and Comparably for salary insights and repeated employee complaints. *Search social media events. Look for employee vlogs or recruitment videos on YouTube. Finally, observe how the company responds to criticism on public platforms, as this reveals its approach to employee and customer concerns.
