    Le métier administratif requiert d’être réactif rapidement sur de nombreux sujets. Bien que stimulant et intéressant, il reste complexe et ne peut être vécu sereinement que par une routine quotidienne organisationnelle. Je suis sans cesse interrompue par des questions de mes collaborateurs. Leur problématique du moment est leur priorité mais peut ne pas être la mienne. Dans tous les cas, résoudre ces interruptions, c’est d’une part prendre le temps d’écouter la problématique et de jauger son importance et quel niveau d’urgence y accorder. Certes, pour votre collaborateur, sa problématique est la seule et unique, urgente et importante. Votre rôle de manager est de l’écouter et de remettre la priorité à sa juste place.

Una técnica que me funciona es usar la matriz de Eisenhower para organizar mis tareas por urgencia e importancia, así sé exactamente por dónde empezar. También aplico el método Pomodoro, trabajando en intervalos cortos de concentración y tomando pequeños descansos para recargar energía. Siempre reservo momentos específicos del día como bloques libres de distracciones y, si puedo, delego algunas tareas.     Ótimas dicas! A gestão eficaz do tempo é realmente essencial em um ambiente de trabalho com tantas distrações. Sou fã de técnicas como o Pomodoro, onde você trabalha de forma focada por 25 minutos e depois tira uma pausa rápida. Outra coisa que tem funcionado bem para mim é priorizar as tarefas pelo impacto que elas têm nos resultados, não só pela urgência. Reduzir os ruídos digitais, como mencionado, tem sido um grande aliado pra manter a produtividade. No meu caso, tentar 'desconectar' por períodos durante o dia tem feito toda a diferença.

    Pour ceux qui ont vraiment besoin d'apprendre à prioriser, il existe des outils très intéressants comme : - Matrice d'Eisenhower - Time blocking Et une petite astuce au quotidien, sur Outlook, j'utilise le classement par catégorie à l'aide des petits carrés de couleur que l'on peut ajouter sur chaque email. Par exemple : Rouge = URGENT Jaune = EN ATTENTE DE REPONSE Bleu = A TRAITER CETTE SEMAINE ... J'ai une vision très clair de ma boite mail, je suis beaucoup plus efficace.
