En mi experiencia, tan importante es saber fijar objetivos y metas como CELEBRAR cuando éstos se alcanzan. Como Líderes, solemos olvidar el reconocimiento cuando se llega a la meta. ¿Porqué? Simplemente porque ya estamos corriendo tras un nuevo objetivo.
