    Plan that time out so it doesnt drag on longer. I like to challenge myself and try to shave minutes off of those tasks, IE - I did this in 2 hours last week, lets see if I can do it in 1:45. It also helps to prioritize these tasks for time frames outside of open "business hours".

    If you’re struggling with time-consuming admin tasks in outbound sales; here’s a few ideas: Start by dedicating time to research and implement automation tools. Utilise time blocking to efficiently group similar tasks, allowing you to tackle multiple admin duties in one go. Many tasks in sales are repetitive, and leveraging easy to use tools can significantly reduce the time spent on them. For example one particular tool I’ve seen used to assist with note-taking is Text Blaze; creating templates for different call scenarios can enable you to fill in key information quickly instead of writing from scratch.

    There’s a huge benefit to having access to a Sales Admin, but for those of us who don’t, Time Boxing is very important. Developing a daily realistic schedule that includes Follow Up, New Outbound Calls, Customer Meetings and CRM entries is paramount. Planning the night before for the next day could be very helpful.

    Be the admin, and true organizational focus can reduce the tasks that steal your time. Admin tasks tend to help you recharge and gives your mind some needed rest. Use that time to your advantage. If you use and admin and only focus on top items burnout is hyper escalated. Balance is the tool that drives a win.

    Simple two part approach...automate and delegate. If you have a support staff, leverage them accordingly, let go of control but don't compromise quality. If you can't delegate, there is a wide array of technologies available to help in the automation of tasks.

    Sem dúvidas o excesso de tarefas administrativas podem fazer um gestor comercial focar mais em kpis de estratégia e menos em kpis de performance, já que normalmente as empresas remuneram gestores com ambos os pesos. Já atuei com painéis que inclusive a margem somada a nps e outros indicadores de qualidade tinham maior peso que o resultado de vendas. Logicamente o gestor vai priorizar os indicadores que o remuneram melhor e isso pode ser “um tiro no pé” para o crescimento constante dos resultados do time de vendas. Certamente as automações podem e vão facilitar a gestão do tempo do gestor para buscar o perfeito equilíbrio entre qualidade e alta performance.
