La comunicación clara del objetivo del proyecto es importante para poder soportar o comprender cualquier desviación. Los objetivos son compartidos e informados al equipo. El medir cada una de las etapas ayudan a definir el rumbo y/o su cambio. Sin embargo para minimizar cualquier desviación o cambio de estrategia, es importante saber previamente con qué recursos cuentas y entre todos los recursos, lo más delicado son las personas y sus capacidades para adaptarse al cambio.

Já passei por experiências nas quais ocorreram mudanças significativas em projetos, orçamentos e objetivos. Por vezes, mudanças significativas podem ser necessárias pelos mais diversos fatores, como por exemplo: decisões estratégicas de diretoria, mercado, concorrência, dentre outros fatores que podem existir ou surgir. O ponto principal para enfrentar e superar estes desafios na minha opinião, é sempre trabalhar com uma equipe flexível e resilinte, além disso, a comunicação sincera e transparente é sempre fundamental nestes casos!

A minha primeira ação é sentar com a equipe e pedir um feedback para identificar juntos quais são os pontos que pode estar dificultando gap's no fluxo e o que pode ser melhorado para termos maior fluidez. Após o levantamento desses pontos e de acordo com as demais entregas, começo a revisar o cronograma, adequando este a nova realidade e a data de entrega, incluindo se necessário novas pessoas no projeto. Por último, faço um novo encontro com o time para podermos fazer novos combinados para a entrega do projeto.

Aligning with stakeholders on the most critical tasks ensures focus, while leveraging agile methodologies allows for flexibility. Regular check-ins help address obstacles early, and maintaining team morale encourages adaptability. By setting realistic expectations and ensuring everyone is aligned, we can deal with sudden scope changes efficiently without compromising the overall project goals.
