Am Ende werden alle Ideen zusammengeführt, alle positiven und negativen Aspekte der Ansätze herausgearbeitet und damit ein neuer Ansatz gefunden, der ans Ziel führt und alle Teammitglieder im Prozess mitnimmt.

    Réunir l'équipe au complet pour exposer le projet sur un paperboard préalablement préparé. Sur ce support, prendre une nouvelle page vierge (sentiment de démarrer tous ensemble), faire une première colonne et noter toutes les idées d'approche proposées sans porter aucun jugement. Puis réfléchir en commun, dans les 2 colonnes suivantes (+ et -), sur la mise en application de chacune de ces idées d'approche (on travaille sur toutes les idées y compris celles des collègues) Cela effacera les rivalités entre ces 2 collègues et surtout permettra de trouver l'approche la plus pertinente sans froisser les égos de qui que ce soit. Réfléchir ensemble en s'écoutant permet bien souvent de trouver les meilleures solutions. (Lean office)

    Ser bien objetivo desde la junta inicial del proyecto es crucial, ya que ahí es donde defines y dejas marcado la línea de trabajo, dejando en claro todos los puntos a considerar, incluso las medidas a tomar por cualquier contingencia. Esto se refuerza, teniendo juntas dejando sostenimiento en puntos claves en el cronograma del proyecto. Y en caso de salir detalles, se van atacando en el momento en las juntas de sostenimiento.
