I would first talk to my quality team about the demands we have and the resources provided. Knowing my strengths and weaknesses I would make quality control and quality assurance plans, having as a premise a well elaborated product with all the required standards but always keeping in mind realistic results. The communication of my expectations and possible results should always be communicated to management for action and rethinking in the product quality assurance plans.
