    To balance the eco-friendly practices and drilling efficiency, Need to implement advanced drilling technologies like Automation in drilling which helps to enhance the safety and efficiency also discovering new drilling fluid properties which reduces the environmental impact. The total rig operations must be fully electrified by changing from diesel generator to battery storage systems and adopt renewable energy to reduce carbon emissions. Use real time monitoring and drilling data analytics to forecast the well conditions and minimise the unnecessary incidents and optimise and improve operational efficiency. Implement carbon capture techniques at rig site to minimise the environmental impact.

Then ensure strategies of convivents between two factors, eco-friendly and drilling technologies, the crew play a sheet very important in all this they're the responsible of execution the activities for this motive they must being training and have concient of them labor.

    I won’t say it’s easy but I have to live in the same eco system as the oil industry. Some would like to believe we only recently started to care but that just isn’t true. It’s been an important part of our drilling and producing operations forever. Regulations were created to codify what the industry was already doing and ensure new, small operators held to the same standards. Now the regulators think it was all their ideas but they just want to shut the industry down.

    Long before you are ready to spud, remember the 5 "P's"; Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance! Learn the local, State and Federal Regulations, research in advance the most eco-friendly mud system the well can tolerate and know how to deal with drilling solids removal. Clearly delineate the borders of access roads, locations and pits, and enforce a no driving policy outside these boundaries. Ensure the crew is prepared and trained in well control, and that all equipment is in good working order and properly maintained. Have a plan for when things go wrong. Drilling oil and gas wells is inherently NOT an eco-friendly practice. Minimize impact by respecting and abiding by the law and managing a professional drilling operation.
