Today we’re recognizing Robert Brzozowiec, Project Manager at our Clarage facility in Pulaski, TN. Rob has been with Clarage for over two years, bringing a wealth of experience to the field in both sales and project management. Rob stands out for his proactive, customer-focused approach, regularly partnering with our Aftermarket Sales team and even joining customer visits to help secure “the next order.” His teamwork and initiative strengthen customer relationships and drive continued success across the board. When asked what motivates him about project management, Rob offered a great analogy: “Running a large project is like catching a trophy bass on Percy Priest Lake. Blake recently returned to Twin City Fan Companies five months ago, bringing back the skill, knowledge and commitment he first developed during his previous eight years with the company. Blake shows the true spirit of TCFC culture by partnering across departments, consistently exceeding expectations, and fostering a positive, respectful workplace where people can thrive. When asked what drives him to do his best, Blake shared: “My work ethic. You hired me to do a job and do my best. I want to do my best no matter what. If I was buying a fan, I would want to know the employees here are putting their best into it. I like the people.
