  • When Blaine Brod began his Air Evac Lifeteam career in 1997, he had no helicopter experience. It was great mentoring and an unwavering commitment to the role that kept him, his crews and their patients safe and happy. Many years later, he reflects on how the business made a major difference by being available to the Air Evac Lifeteam 5 - Quincy, IL team members, himself included, 24/7. “Air Evac allowed me to move back to my hometown with my family in my chosen career. The property we live on has been in my family for over 150 years. I didn’t have to give up my career to serve my community for decades doing a job I love. I feel honored to be a part of it.” Blaine, we are honored to have been a part of your journey too! As an aircraft maintenance technician, we kindly thank you for directly maintaining the safety of our patients and flight crews alike. #OneTeam #WhenSecondsCount

  • This morning, we shared Mark Dent’s story. Now, we shine a spotlight on Bobby Brinson, Mark’s former paramedic partner and current program manager at Air Evac Lifeteam 52 - Brownwood, TX. Bobby found his purpose in operations, having the natural ability to transform a very physical and demanding call into a methodical, measured practice; one that keeps everyone safe and on task in a thoughtful, empathetic way. His journey shows how Air Evac Lifeteam can help you discover your own path, whether you're leading in the field or supporting from behind the scenes. https://ow.ly/YXLX50X0Xh0

  • Air Evac Lifeteam has many diverse, lifelong career opportunities available for EMS professionals, each shaped by unique experiences and skillsets. Over 20 years ago, Mark Dent became a flight nurse for Air Evac Lifeteam 52 - Brownwood, TX while his paramedic partner later transitioned to operations. Both found purpose in different roles, and today we are proud to showcase their individual journeys, beginning with Mark. https://ow.ly/burF50X0Xfi

  • In 1995, Air Evac Lifeteam had three bases, four aircraft and nine pilots—including Larry Cook of West Plains, MO. Over the years, Larry held many positions such as pilot, check airman, director of training, flight instructor, and base safety officer. All of this was made possible, because Air Evac offered many opportunities for growth and career development. “It has been a wonderful career,” Larry says. “Throughout my 30 years with Air Evac, one tremendous factor has been the constant desire to improve safety for the crews while increasing the ability to serve our patients better. Air conditioning in the aircraft, night vision goggles, GPS navigation have all increased our capability to serve since Day 1. Even the dispatch center, because dispatch was in a small storage room at Ozarks Medical Center, staffed by two dispatchers, when I started.” What an incredible look back at how much Air Evac and its team members have achieved! Thank you, Larry, for helping to curate and maintain so much of our mutual success. #OneTeam #WhenSecondsCount
