Last week, we brought together Amazon Operations leaders and founders from across our Industrial Innovation Fund portfolio for a day of collaboration, exploration, and inspiration. We started with a fireside chat with Udit Madan, SVP of Worldwide Operations, who shared how AI, robotics, and sustainability are reshaping our network and why the next phase of innovation must balance customer experience, employee empowerment, and environmental responsibility.
The Expo that followed was buzzing. It was one of those rare moments when you could literally see innovation in motion: from Dyna Robotics folding shirts, to 3Laws showcasing their dynamic safety layer on Amazon’s AMR Proteus, to Algorized demonstrating its contactless vital-signs detection, Lumotive demonstrating its beam-steering LiDAR, just to name a few.
In the afternoon, our panels dove deeper into the future of sensing, robotics, and what makes successful startup–Amazon collaboration work in practice. And throughout the day, dozens of 1:1 conversations between founders and Amazon leaders sparked new ideas and potential partnerships.
I’m so grateful to everyone who joined, for your energy, openness, and curiosity. It was an inspiring day that reminded me how much innovation thrives when we build together.
