I had the opportunity to capture the essence of Hub Park Avenue, a 243,600-square-foot mixed-use luxury student apartment building near the University of Arizona alongside Kevin Kaminski for the best in the business: Core Spaces. The rooftop deck and pool offer some of the best views of Tucson, while the interiors feature high-end finishes and well-thought-out spaces for both work and relaxation. From the state-of-the-art fitness center to the collaborative study areas, every detail was designed with students in mind. As always, our goal was to showcase not just the building itself, but the experience of living here—elevated, but still welcoming. Well, and just downright awesome! This summer, I photographed The Leo (741 N Wells) for Antunovich Associates and Vista Property - the project's architect and developer. Built by Skender, this 21-story residential tower is one of the latest additions to River North. Among its many amenities is a stunning rooftop pool deck with an incredible skyline view. The project was shot over several visits, capturing a range of perspectives, including street-level exteriors, elevated shots with a drone, and activated interiors to bring the spaces to life and add scale. Here are a few of my favorite photos. #Chicago #Architecture
