Apex’s Mae Gordon, will be presenting at this year’s Northeast Arc Users Group (NEARC) Fall Conference on October 27, 2025 at 2:00 PM in North Falmouth, Massachusetts, as she shares “Smart Tools for Safer Water: A GIS Approach to Lead Service Line Compliance.” In her session, Mae will discuss how Apex supported more than 20 public water systems in meeting new Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) requirements. Her presentation explores how our team developed and deployed Instant Apps, Experience Builder, Survey123 forms, and dashboards, to help utilities and the public seamlessly view, collaborate on, and update lead service line inventories.
