Today we’re recognizing Tiffany Wendricks! Since joining Ascentek in September 2024, Tiffany has set the standard for safety behind the wheel. For Tiffany, safety is personal: “It keeps me coming home to my twin toddlers — and it keeps everyone safer on the road, including our four-legged friends.” Her commitment shows in her habits: no devices while driving, always looking a quarter mile ahead and keeping cool behind the wheel. Beyond safety, Tiffany loves building relationships with customers — and even jokes that some of them spoil her with fresh produce during visits. When Jerry Kehoe started at our solutions brand, Lube-Tech in 1995, his truck wasn’t new — it was a rebuilt 1973 Ford tanker with a 3,500-gallon tank. He taught himself to drive it, pumped thousands of gallons by hand and worked marathon shifts fueling buses and even specialty trains. Nearly 30 years later, Jerry’s seen incredible change. From a new enterprise brand, technology and everything in-between. What stands out most to Jerry isn’t just the equipment — it’s the people. He credits Chris and Marna Bame for making his 30 years here meaningful, and he’s grateful for how Ascentek stood by him when his youngest daughter was in the hospital. Their dedication, professionalism and hard work are the backbone of everything we do. To kick it off, we're excited to celebrate Paul Wellcome, who’s hit the incredible milestone of driving over one million safe miles with Lube-Tech! Paul’s driving career began right out of high school, inspired by his father and uncles. Since joining the Lube-Tech family in 2000, Paul has logged his miles with dedication, patience and professionalism. He’s navigated blizzards, adapted to technological changes and consistently upheld a spotless safety record - no speeding tickets or accidents in over 20 years! When asked what advice he’d share with newer drivers, Paul keeps it simple: “Relax, be patient, stay alert and always be aware of your surroundings.” We are incredibly grateful to have Paul as a teammate and celebrate his remarkable achievement.
