The Atlanta Gas Light Foundation proudly partnered with GoodrCo. to host a free Pop-Up Grocery Market — distributing 5,200 lbs of groceries to nearly 200 families in Gwinnett County. Guided by a belief that no family should go without life’s essentials – like food and housing – Atlanta Gas Light is committed to making a meaningful difference in the communities it serves. We’re proud to support nonprofits like the Frank Callen Boys & Girls Club, which offers a broad range of after-school programs for youth ages 5 to 18 years old in six core areas designed to drive positive outcomes and reinforce necessary life skills. Natural gas fuels our communities the same way that Children's Healthcare of Atlanta fuels hope. Atlanta Gas Light’s $250,000 contribution to Children’s helps to empower the heroes that are their employees to continue their life-changing work. Dr. Miller, pediatric cardiac anesthesiologist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, shares in the video below what the hospital means to our community and how Atlanta Gas Light has helped support technology for “kids that otherwise may or may not have survived.” We are infinitely grateful for our partners and their incredible teams. Partnerships, purpose, and the power of community are behind the success of Atlanta Gas Light’s 10th annual charity golf tournament. This year’s program raised an impressive $250,000 to support the critical missions of three Georgia nonprofits: Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Grady Health System and the Frank Callen Boys & Girls Club. Since its inception, Atlanta Gas Light’s charity golf tournament has raised nearly $2 million for nonprofits that help individuals and families thrive across the state!
