Cost. Visibility. Quality. Compliance. Efficiency. Every leader managing a blended workforce is balancing these five priorities. The challenge is that many companies are overspending on contingent labor without realizing it. Compliance risks build quietly, processes slow down, and data ends up scattered across systems. Over time, that lack of structure erodes control and confidence. The fix isn’t a single platform or tool. It’s a mindset shift that treats the extended workforce as a core part of the business. When procurement, HR, and business leaders align, data becomes more transparent, and decisions come faster. You gain a clearer story to tell grounded in visibility, accountability, and value. This is a huge opportunity I see in workforce management today. That shift levels your contingent workforce program up from siloed management to a holistic strategy.

Talent Innovator | Growth Strategist | Client-Centric Leader | Transforming Strategy into Results & Revenue

I’ve been seeing real shifts in what people expect from work.    Candidates are looking for connection, equity, and transparency. Employers are focused on speed, precision, and scalability. Together, these priorities are redefining how hiring gets done.    Direct Sourcing helps align them. It enables companies to stay efficient while building genuine relationships with talent.    The next wave of Direct Sourcing is here. Data supports the process, but people drive the results for these programs. The strongest ones are built on trust, community, and sound judgment.    It’s so rewarding to be a part of this evolution as we redefine what a truly people-centered approach to talent looks like.     #FutureofWork #DirectSourcing Atrium

Effectively managing a contingent workforce at scale requires more than spreadsheets and good intentions. It demands real structure, solid data, and a clear strategy. The most innovative teams happen when different generations work together. While working on a recent piece about Early Talent development, I kept coming back to the idea that interns are bringing something fundamentally different to the intergenerational mix that is the modern workplace. They bring fresh perspectives that challenge assumptions, questions that make us rethink processes, and an energy that can be contagious. Tenured and more experienced career professionals often have strong institutional knowledge, while Early Talent often comes to the job with curiosity and adaptability. The good stuff happens when these dynamics work together. I took a deeper look at these ideas and practical approaches for building internship programs in an article I recently wrote for American Management Association Quarterly, linked in the comments. Would love to hear your thoughts on the role you’ve seen Early Talent play in your own company. #EarlyTalent #linkincomments

SVP of Sales at Atrium | Enterprise Workforce Program Solutions *Boy Mom, Connector of People, Growth Mindset, Master Collaborator*

Looking forward to attending the NMSDC Annual Conference next month. A powerful convening of leaders, innovators and changemakers driving economic equity through supplier diversity. As a new leader at Atrium, I am proud to be a part of an organization that champions inclusive workforce solutions and strategic partnerships that scale impact. We believe in building ecosystems where diverse talent and suppliers thrive and where business is the focus for good. In today's evolving economy, one truth remains clear: WE ARE BETTER WHEN WE BUILD TOGETHER. When we bring our diverse ways of thinking, being, and doing into the business arena, we unlock solutions no single perspective could achieve alone. As adrienne maree brown reminds us: "There is always enough time for the right work to be done together." Let's make space for that work, together! If you'll be at NMSDC, I'd love to connect. #NMSDC2025#AtriumWORKS#SupplierDiversity#StrategicParterships#InclusiveEconomy#BusinessWithPurpose
