Baldwin& is a big-brained, small-ego’d brand-first creative agency, based in Raleigh, NC. We’re bonafide experts of brand development, campaign and content creation, and creative media solutions, but more importantly, we’re certified in the science of BrandBehaviorism™. Basically, that’s a fancy way of saying: we help brands uncover who they really, truly are and then help them behave accordingly, so they can attract the people who really, truly love what they're doing. But let’s cut the corporate fluff. We’re also a hell of a time.

When your client invites you to Vegas, you go. Our Account Supervisor Brianna Scarduzio and Co-CEO/Director of Brand Strategy Ashley Yetman tagged along with Travel Portland to IMEX America, where we got to see their sales team doing what they do best: hyping the natural, quirky, conference-friendly magic of their city to planners from around the world. (If it’s not already on your radar as a meeting destination, consider this your nudge. It’s a vibe. No federal deployment required.) And yes…thanks to our client’s reco (s/o Andrea M.), there was a field trip. Into a bizarro world where the Omega Mart employees are in character and the cereal boxes practically stare into your soul. Meow Wolf was part social commentary, part brand fever dream, full sensory overload, and a haunting reminder of how many ad jingles still live rent-free in our minds. A surreal, slightly unhinged experience 🌀And actual confirmation that we love what we do.

Two Pivotal Helix aircrafts. One breathtaking slice of the Pacific Northwest. Zero traffic. We partnered with Pivotal to help capture the awe of personal flight - no voiceover, no flashy stats. Just pure, high-altitude escapism over the San Juan Islands. When you invent a new way to fly, sometimes the best thing you can do is show people what it feels like. You don’t ever replace a MEZ. You just feel very lucky you had one. MaryEllen Zino (aka MEZ💜) has been with Baldwin& since the beginning. She’s been our finance director, de facto HR, moral compass, time sheet enforcer, lavender diffuser, and gold star giver. If you’ve ever worked with us, there’s a good chance she checked in on your soul and your expenses. She could handle a customer service rep with the force of a thousand New Yorkers, but met her people with calming crystals, deep care, and zero judgment. (Just a sharp elbow when you actually needed one). We will miss everything about her - from the gratitude Slacks, adulting advice, and coveted gold stars to her yoga classes, paddleboard recs, and steady presence✨ Rock on and namaste, MEZ.
