PROJECT UPDATE: St. Petersburg’s Marina Bay The final piece of the 67-acre Marina Bay community is taking shape! This waterfront development brings luxury amenities like a rooftop pool and lounge, fitness and business centers, a concierge and valet services. All surrounded by stunning landscaping, fountains, and water features connecting to the community’s 15-acre lake system. PROJECT UPDATE: Ambulatory Care Healthcare Facility   Our team completed a 7,500 square foot renovation and relocation which features Power over Ethernet lighting and controls for energy efficiency.
