  • BLP is excited to announce the execution of a 5-year, full building lease with Environmental Products Group at 290 SW 14th Avenue in Pompano Beach, FL. 290 SW 14th Avenue features a 30,608 SF freestanding cross-dock building with a redeveloped, oversized rear yard that caters to both high-throughput last-mile distribution operations and fleet-intensive service providers.
