📚 What are you reading this #summer? If you’re interested in the #AI revolution in #medicine, consider exploring the role of AI chat models and their application in #healthcare settings. The AI Revolution in Medicine: GPT-4 and Beyond presents third-person narratives from 🩺 healthcare professionals—Doctors and Nurses—illustrating how AI can support everyday patient care as an expert companion. Coauthored by Peter Lee (President, Microsoft) and others, the book emphasizes that while AI can reduce administrative burdens and enhance research, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment, it also brings factual and ethical challenges. While maths, coding, and logic are essential for developing AI tools, #transversal skills like critical thinking and analysis are equally vital for a safety-first approach in clinical use. ❓ Key questions to consider: How can developers embed safety mechanisms into AI tools? And how can AI be shaped to reflect the needs and skillsets of healthcare professionals? #BRIGHTskillsProject #BeWell #Holidays #SkillsDevelopment

🚨 Looking for a Co-Founder/ Advisor/ Founding Member to Transform Women's Health 🚨 We have years of experience in AI and pelvic health research at KU Leuven and we hope you have strong experience in the start-up and business world. We are in the process of building something completely new that will solve a critical gap in women's health. To help us get there, we are in need of a mission-driven co-founder. We are searching for a strategic, experienced partner to help with the business and operations side of things as we approach product launch and fundraising. Ideally, someone with 4-6+ years of senior leadership or founder experience in a relevant space (healthtech, femtech, B2C wellness or fitness, or scaling startups). The product is currently being developed, as you read this post... What I'm looking for: - Advising on our business and GTM strategy (B2C first) - Fundraising (non-dilutive, angel, VC) - Ops & scaling (legal, compliance, early hires) - Financial strategy - Commercial traction & growth You may join as a co-founder, advisor, or founding team member—depending on fit, experience, and availability. What matters most is that you’re mission-aligned and ready to help grow something with real impact. I'm looking for someone who's structured and brings calm follow-through, someone who can balance our pace, creativity and vision with clarity and systems. Staying open-minded rather than fixed on one approach or opinion. Independent and motivated, but also emotionally intelligent which is essential for building a strong start-up and sensitive products that users can trust. 🌍 UK or Benelux based. 💚 Essential: Passion for women's health. This is a true co-founder role to help be a part of something special, and to shape and scale a meaningful startup that aims to redefine pelvic health care. 👉 If this is you or someone you know, DM me to find out more, tag them, or 🔈 share this post. #cofounder #healthtech #femtech #womenshealth #digitalhealth #wellness #fitness #startup #startupops #entrepreneurship #innovation #networking #businessstrategy #fundraising
