Last week was Customer Service Appreciation Week, a time to recognize and celebrate our customer service employees! At Brother, one of our shared values is customer centricity. Our contact center teams embody that value every day by delivering care, expertise, and solutions that make a difference for our customers. Our contact center team celebrated each day of the week with a theme and a special activity, ranging from an exciting scavenger hunt to a fun afternoon off-site bowling. We're so proud of our employees who model our At Your Side promise for our customers all year-round.

This month, our LIDER (Latinx Initiatives Driving Excellence and Responsibility) ERG hosted an Electives seminar, "Your Latinidad - Your Superpower," led by Lizi Oceransky. The session explored how diverse cultural identities bring valuable perspectives to the workplace and encouraged attendees to embrace their unique experiences to grow personally and professionally. Our ERGs provide us with more than just learning opportunities. LIDER members across the Americas also came together for a virtual happy hour featuring Lotería, a classic game native to countries across Latin America, as a fun way to relax and connect with colleagues across regions and countries! We had a great time celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month together, and we look forward to carrying these connections and learnings forward throughout the year.

Our LIDER (Latinx Initiatives Driving Excellence and Responsibility) Employee Resource Group kept the Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations going with a lively “Colors Without Borders” event! 🎨 Whether joining in person or virtually, members created artwork that reflected their culture, heritage, or background. Together, they built a vibrant showcase of diverse identities. It was a powerful way for members to honor their roots, celebrate differences, and highlight the values that connect us, and it was wonderful to welcome participants from Brother México, Brother Chile, Brother Argentina, and Brother Perú!

We’re proud to share that Brother will be featured on the upcoming season of Military Makeover with Montel Williams airing on Lifetime — a series dedicated to renovating the homes of U.S. military families to better meet their needs. Together with the Military Makeover team, we helped celebrate the Linn Family, a deserving military family from New Jersey. It was an honor to stand alongside our community at the Reveal Day celebration, where we shared smiles, giveaways, and plenty of Brother blue. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness, honor survivors, and stand with those impacted by breast cancer. Our ongoing partnership with the American Cancer Society provides vital resources for cancer patients and their families. Through this collaboration, we support Hope Lodge facilities that offer free lodging to patients traveling for treatment, join Relay For Life events that raise funds for cancer research, and provide internship funding for the Diversity in Cancer Research program. We're excited to host our partners from ACS later this month for an employee awareness event. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month and beyond, we are making an impact in the fight against cancer.
