This week, I had the opportunity to speak at Shoptalk in Chicago and share the impactful work Caruso is doing with some of the world’s most iconic brands. Our properties are designed with purpose - to bring people together, celebrate the communities we serve, and create meaningful spaces where guests can enjoy time with family and friends. Being able to represent that mission on a national stage was truly an honor. Even more rewarding was sharing the stage with two incredible leaders, Liza Lefkowski and Danielle DiMaiolo Rendini, whose insights and expertise were unmatched. A big thank you to Jim Okamura for guiding the conversation with thoughtfulness and depth - it was a privilege to be part of such a dynamic panel! Now that I am back home in LA, I am feeling grateful and energized by the momentum, and excited for what’s to come... and a nice reminder that the Holidays across our portfolio are just around the corner and we have some BIG things planned!

This year, I had the privilege of overseeing our 2025 Summer Internship Program, and I couldn’t be prouder of the incredible cohort of students who joined us from across the country. Over 8 weeks, our interns immersed themselves in real-world projects, collaborated across departments, and brought fresh energy and ideas to our workplace. Beyond the projects, what stood out most was the company culture. Our interns described the program as welcoming, inspiring, and empowering- and that’s a testament to the incredible Caruso team who mentored and supported them every step of the way. To our intern group: thank you for your hard work, excitement, and dedication. Watching you grow, connect, and contribute with such passion was the highlight of my summer- and I can’t wait to see where your journeys take you next.
