Each step along the way gave me a broader understanding of the company, our customers, and the importance of the work we do,” she shared. Ultimately, that path led Melissa to her dream role in the Special Investigations Unit (SIU), where she brings together the skills and experiences she’s gained over the years to make a meaningful impact. “I feel very fortunate to have grown alongside Citizens and to continue learning and making an impact here.
