Loved this discussion with Michael Itzkowitz. He's 1 of 1 in terms of really knowing the data that exists to support students and families in evaluating programs for #ROI and #outcomes. Dare I say, if you're sick of hearing about society's need to really refocus on outcomes in higher education, Michael is substantially to blame. That's blame I'm sure he's happy to take :)
