Reusing bricks, rethinking processes – and testing AI in the wild. At the Pachmüllergasse demo building by W.CREATE Real Estates , we had the chance to once again benchmark our automated as-built capture process against classical documentation methods – this time alongside TU Wien and BOKU. The goal: circularity. The method: understanding buildings faster, deeper, and more precisely with AI. Huge thanks to the KRAISBAU team for bringing together such a diverse and forward-thinking consortium. We’re proud to contribute with Cloud NYNE’s technology – helping uncover what's hidden inside existing structures and unlocking their reuse potential at scale.

Preserving History, Empowering Architects! We’re proud to share our recent collaboration with Studio Calas (Barbara Calas-Reiberger & David Calas) on the iconic Textilfabrik Hirschbach, a beautiful 19th-century textile factory in Austria. Using our AI-powered platform, we quickly transformed raw point cloud scans into a precise, native BIM model. This enabled Studio Calas to seamlessly jump into planning and designing, without spending weeks on manual modeling. At NYNE, we focus on usability and practicality: providing native files (in this case ArchiCAD) that architects genuinely rely on for their day-to-day work. Up in the clouds! Last week, we hit pause on automation to actually enjoy being human (at least for one evening). Our summer party “Up in the clouds” brought the Cloud NYNE crew, friends, partners, and supporters together for an afternoon full of laughs, stories, and a serious amount of good vibes. Big thanks to everyone who made it up to cloud 9 (NYNE) with us – you brought the energy, the fun, and maybe even some new dance moves we hadn’t seen before. In the daily sprint towards digital perfection, it’s easy to forget that the real magic happens when people connect, share, and celebrate the little wins (and the big ones). We’re still smiling.
