It clearly outlines the stages of our partnership, from planning your new space to making design choices and putting our plan into action as we begin construction. Stage 1: Space Planning Once we understand your goals and budget, our architectural designers develop a series of three potential layouts for your upgraded space. These layouts represent three different price points within your budget, showing you a range of what’s possible in your space. Stage 2: Design Selections From floors and cabinets to light fixtures and paint, we help you choose the details that complement your vision. As you walk through your virtual space, you can start to see how your decisions become reality and make any changes before we start construction. Stage 3: Construction We’ll notify the neighbors, pull the permits, and schedule every detail so you’ll never worry or wonder what’s next. We’re prompt, we’re precise, and we’re always here to answer your questions and anticipate your family’s needs as you watch your new space take shape.
