  • As your community-owned utility, we are committed to standing with our neighbors during challenging times. We understand that the federal government shutdown may be creating financial hardship for some in our community, and we want you to know that you are not alone. If you're experiencing difficulty paying your utility bill, we have resources to help: • Payment Arrangements: Our Customer Service team can work with you to set up flexible payment plans tailored to your situation. • Project COPE: This community-supported program provides financial assistance with past-due accounts. Project COPE is funded by generous donations from customers and employees who care about their neighbors. • 2-1-1 Support: In partnership with Pikes Peak United Way, 2-1-1 is activated to connect individuals with a wide range of local resources, including housing, food, and utility assistance. We are actively coordinating with El Paso County and community partners to ensure our response aligns with broader efforts to support those affected. If you or someone you know needs help, please reach out to Colorado Springs Utilities Customer Service: • Call (719) 448-4800 • Visit csu.org for more information • Dial 2-1-1 for community-wide assistance

  • We know construction can be a hassle - especially on Academy Blvd. That’s why we’re excited to share that all lanes in both directions are now open following the completion of our Academy Vault Replacement Project! Thank you for your patience and for driving safely through the construction zone while we worked to improve water service reliability for our community.

  • Today we hosted over 500 attendees at our 2025 Supplier Day! This event allows industry leaders, fellow suppliers and potential partners an opportunity to connect with our employees and one another. We also proudly recognized Wagner Equipment Co. with the Contractor Safety Excellence Award! This award honors a deep commitment to safety, accountability and continuous improvement. In 2024, Wagner experienced a significant safety incident that transformed how they do business across the country. They implemented new training programs, introduced a lone-worker policy and updated uniform requirements to include long-sleeve shirts — all aimed at preventing future incidents and protecting their workforce. Thank you to all who attended!
