This week, our Teaching Kitchen welcomed a special guest instructor, Maria Salgueiro, from the Cambridge Center for Adult Education! Maria led a hands-on cheese-making class where trainees learned how to make fresh ricotta and mozzarella from scratch. It was a great opportunity to explore new techniques, try something different, and enjoy the results together. 🧀💛 We’re so grateful to Maria and CCAE for sharing their time and expertise! #TeachingKitchen #CommunityServings
