Honestly, everyone in the Weston Cleveland Clinic account is amazing, but these two caregivers bring such warmth, humor, and heart to the workplace that they instantly brighten my day every time I visit. We’re proud to be part of this year’s American Nurses Association Magnet Conference! Brian Ricci, Director of Patient Solutions with Morrison Healthcare, joined Marci Beason, MSN RN NVRN-BC ASC-BC, National Director of Nursing Engagement with Compass One Healthcare, Jennifer Kelly, Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department (ED) at Medical University of South Carolina, and Nicole George PhD, RN, NEA-BC, VP and Associate Chief Nursing Officer with Press Ganey, for a dynamic panel on innovations at the hospital’s front door- the Emergency Department. The discussion highlighted how a strategic food and nutrition services program can help address challenges in today’s fast-paced often unpredictable EDs, improving both patient experience and clinical outcomes. We’re inspired by the dedication of our teams and partners across the nation who continue to support nurses and advance care every day. 💙
