Thrilled to announce our sixth add-on acquisition with Northwinds Services Group, a portfolio company of TruArc Partners, in its acquisition of Richard's Heating & Air Conditioning. This transaction marks Northwinds’ entry into the Washington D.C. market, further extending its footprint in the Mid-Atlantic. We’re proud to continue supporting Northwinds in its expansion efforts.
