About us
Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers, Inc. (CRCHC) is a not for profit organization that strives to provide safe, quality, affordable, effective and comprehensive health services to the citizens of Cabarrus and Rowan counties in North Carolina. Founded in 2006 as a Federally Qualified Health Center funded under Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act, Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers (CRCHC) has served as a medical home for those most in need, governed by a community Board of Directors, CRCHC is a critical component in the regional healthcare system and functions as a major safety net provider in the region, providing comprehensive care for over 12,000 patients annually. CRCHC provides comprehensive, high-quality primary health care regardless of ability to pay. We provide health care to all members of our community, including low income, indigent, and uninsured patients who may not otherwise be able to afford health care via traditional sources. All programs and services target high-need populations including those with low-incomes, the uninsured, Medicaid and Medicare enrollees, refugees, the elderly and children.

Today is World Homeless Day. Yesterday, Charlotte Rescue Mission's CEO Trina Fullard hosted CRCHC CEO Don Holloman during “Conversations on the Bench,” a 24-hour live event focused on raising awareness of homelessness and strengthening community support. Through our ongoing partnership with Charlotte Rescue Mission, CRCHC provides on-site health care services through our Mobile Unit, helping to expand access to care. We are proud to collaborate with organizations like Charlotte Rescue Mission that share our commitment to health, hope, and community. Thank you, Trina, for your leadership and partnership.

At CRCHC, giving back to the community we serve is at the heart of what we do. We are proud to have donated adult briefs, adult diapers, and underpads to Five Oaks Rehabilitation and Care Center, supporting their staff and residents in providing comfort and care. We strive to be more than just a healthcare provider and to remain a trusted staple in our community, showing up for our neighbors in meaningful ways beyond our clinics.
