🌿 ''Sandhi Samvaad Sangam'' Theme: “Vicharon Ka Milan, Naye Bharat Ka Srijan” On 11th August 2025, the Institute For Alternative Dispute Resolution (InADR) organised Sandhi Samvaad Sangam— a roundtable discussion dedicated to fostering a culture of dialogue and harmony as a pathway to nation-building. Guided by the theme “Vicharon Ka Milan, Naye Bharat Ka Srijan”, this initiative is a small yet meaningful contribution to the Prime Minister’s vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 — an India that is developed, harmonious, and resilient. It also resonates with the Supreme Court of India’s recent campaign “Mediation for Nation”, recognising mediation as a powerful tool to strengthen access to justice and reduce adversarial conflicts.it has been launched across the length and breadth of India. It is a 90 days' intensive drive to settle pending cases in all the Taluka Courts, District Courts and High Courts of India through mediation. The roundtable brought together mediators, legal experts, academicians, and thought leaders to share perspectives on how mediation can resolve disputes effectively, preserve relationships, and contribute to societal trust. Each conversation was a step towards creating a justice ecosystem that is collaborative, accessible, and people-centric. At InADR, we believe every dialogue rooted in empathy and mutual respect moves us closer to a conflict-resilient, Viksit Bharat. Sandhi Samvaad Sangam stands as a testament to the transformative power of mediation in shaping India’s future. #SandhiSamvaadSangam #MediationForNation #ViksitBharat2047 #DialogueForPeace #InADR Justice Subodh Shah Justice Rajesh Tandon Anil Pratham, IPS (Former DGP, Police Reforms), Gujarat , Prakash Mali Pradeep Rai Sr Adv Dr. DDeepika S.
