  • Encore by David Weekley Homes, the 55+ lifestyle division of David Weekley Homes, is now selling in the third and final phase of Elements at Viridian located in Arlington. Priced from the high $400s, the builder is offering move-in ready homes and homes to build from the ground up in the 35-foot Garden Series, 45-foot Signature Series and 50-foot Traditional Series. Homebuyers can tour five model homes throughout the community and choose from a total of 16 distinct floor plans in the three series, with plans ranging from 1,700 – 3,200 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to three full baths and two- or three-car garages.
