This building is more than a place of learning – it’s a space where innovation meets opportunity.💫 The new Industry & Trades Education Center (ITEC) at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon, is a three-story, 55,000+ sq ft facility that celebrates ingenuity in every way. From high precision calibration and measurement to current construction techniques and developing drone technology, this new learning center is not only preparing students for professional participation in our economy but is also an impressive facility. DeaMor was proud to work alongside builders Lease Crutcher Lewis and designers with Hennebery Eddy Architects. Our team's role poured natural light into all sides of the building with Kalwall Corporation walls, helping shape a bright, open environment where students can see, learn, and create in spaces that inspire. Through thoughtful daylighting design, light becomes a key part of the education experience – illuminating workshops, labs, and gathering areas while connecting students to the energy of sunlight. With sweeping spans of Kalwall insulated translucent panels that flood interiors with full-spectrum diffused daylight, flexible labs built to evolve with technology, and a hybrid timber-and-steel structure that reflects Oregon’s craftsmanship, the ITEC building stands as a testament to hands-on education and future-ready design. 👏 Here’s to the next generation of makers, builders, and innovators – creating spaces that inspire what’s next. We’re here to help illuminate your next project. Visit DeaMor.com or send us a message to get started. Photography: Josh Partee (Josh Partee)

☔ Standing in the rain waiting for a bus or light rail? Not exactly on anyone’s “favorite things” list – even if you live in the PNW. Fortunately, we're proud to have been part of Hensel Phelps’ Design-Build team bringing the glass canopy design to light on Sound Transit’s brand-new stations along the line linking the Seattle light rail network to downtown Redmond, WA. Riders at Marymoor Village (#E29) and Downtown Redmond (#E31) can now enjoy daylighting, protection, and architectural beauty under DeaMor canopies. We couldn’t have done it without our friends at Sheldrup Building Services and Jacobs, the architect on the project. Loving the rain doesn’t mean you have to be stuck in it. Next time you step off the bus or light rail in Redmond – or at other Seattle-area stops – look up and appreciate those multi-purpose DeaMor canopies. https://deamor.com/

win-win!
🎉 Big thank you to everyone who joined us at the Mariners suite last week! ⚾️ We had the pleasure of hosting a great mix of architects, general contractors, and school district managers for an evening of networking, product education, and some fantastic baseball. Our guests got a hands-on look at Kalwall Corporation translucent daylighting systems and how they can enhance energy efficiency and wellness in their buildings. The highlight? A Mariners win to top off a winning night of conversations and collaboration. We’re proud to work with professionals who are shaping brighter, smarter spaces across the Pacific Northwest. #Kalwall #Daylighting #Architecture #GeneralContractors #K12Facilities #Mariners #Seattle #ConstructionInnovation #GlazingSolutions #DeaMor Robert Landa Zane Andersson Nickolas Watkins Kevin Oremus Allie Park DeaMor Associates, Inc. Headline news! TWO New DeaMor sustainability credentials are now available! In addition to our Health Product Declaration (HPD) we rolled out at the start of this year, our new Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for our Canopy and Skylight systems demonstrate our continued commitment to transparency, sustainability, and responsible manufacturing. DeaMor is the only US glass skylight company that has secured both the EPD and the HPD certifications! From daylighting benefits to durable, low-maintenance materials, DeaMor designs to support high-performance building projects — and we keep earning the documentation to prove it! 🌿 See and download each here: https://lnkd.in/dX_fK6Pk A special thanks goes out to Beth Cassese and her team SCS Global Services for their collaboration on this important initiative!

How fun to see our DeaMor skylights at the Auburn Sounder Station lighting up such a special installation! Topped off by the glass-faced clock. Beautiful, creative, genuine ART!
🌿✨ New public art at Auburn Sounder Station! “Companion Garden” by RYAN! Feddersen is now on display, blending culture, nature, and healing in a beautiful tribute to the region’s indigenous heritage. This stunning installation, created in collaboration with STart (Sound Transit Art Program), features indigenous plants like sčiʔyu (Strawberry), taqa (Salal), and sx̌ʷi (Oregon Grape). The design draws from Plateau Pictorial Beadwork traditions, creating a vibrant and thought-provoking piece that connects commuters with nature and cultural history. Transparency matters—in more ways than one! At DeaMor, we’re committed to sustainability and transparency—not just in design but in the materials we use. This year, we’re advancing our certifications to reinforce that commitment, and we’re proud to announce our first achievement: the Health Product Declaration (HPD). HPDs provide full disclosure of potential chemicals of concern by comparing product ingredients against priority hazard lists from GreenScreen for Safer Chemicals and other government agencies. This certification ensures our products meet sustainability requirements for leading green building standards like LEED v4, WELL, and the Living Product Challenge. Earning the HPD certification is a significant step in our mission to lead with healthier building practices and product transparency. And we’re just getting started! Stay tuned as we continue making strides in sustainability. https://lnkd.in/gVJG2dEh #deamor #healthproductdeclaration #sustainability #sustainableconstruction #producttransparency
